It's raining, it's pouring.........
Is there even such a song? I just thought of it, but maybe it was just some silly thing my mind came up with :)
Anyway! Chatting to 3 people, 2 of which are not replying...):
Sigh, bored and sleepy and hungry and well, just plain bored.
Ms Leong asked all the 5M prefects [12 of us] to go with her and get attached to diff sec schools for the um, Secondary School Fair. Basically its for P6s, so I guess we'll get to see that too, next year, yeah? So, Michelle and I chose to get attached to St.Theresa's Convent..It's an all-girls school, so Ms Leong was happy to let us. Rmb that school? It's just opposite RMPS. Then later when we found out that Crescent Girls' were also coming, we asked to exchange it. At that time, STC hadn't arrived yet, so it wasn't too late. Ms Leong agreed, but then dunno who what when where how, Crescent Girls got attached to Brendon and Bing Qian. Ironic right? All all-girls school attached to 2 boys, who are obviously not girls! Vera and Beatrice got attached to Kent Ridge, and later she told me that they got to watch HSM before the P6s arrived! SO GOOD! ):
And also, when the boring talk was on, they went outside to play! LUCKY!!!
Michelle and I weren't so lucky though... It was really really awkward, and we were like, super fake polite! Eg. "Would it be okay if we went to collect our bags?" So proper right! But they were funny and friendly enough, I guess. We went to the 6R classroom,, which is on the 5th level FYI. We helped them to on the lights, fans, then ran to the lift [muahaahha] and went to call the TA to help them with the setup. A man went with us into the lift, and Michelle kept looking at him and whispering, "Scary leh...scary leh!" Like, wth? Okay, anyway, we reached the ground floor and all 3 of us headed for Lab 3. Then, we ALL entered the small room at the back [whats it called?] where Ms Cheng usually sits..and when I asked, "Who's the TA?" The man stared at me, and said, "Um, I am..." LOL!! So, we went all the way to the ground floor, then had to go back up 5 levels again! So...when we went back, we helped them to place some bookmarks or something into their brochures! Then later when we were hanging around waiting for the P6s to arrive, we realized that we had put the bookmarks wrongly! So we had to redo the whole huge pile.... First class to arrive was 6A2, all girls. They kept staring at us lah. I was like, hey, we're humans too, right? LOL. The first time we heard the talk, I was really interested. Coz that was also the first time I heard it. And, I learnt a lot more about STC! Like, they have bowling as a CCA! Great! And, in one of their camps, they let ppl skim down a waterfall, etc etc. One really great things about their camps is that they will let you do a night walk, from one place to the campsite, with 2 candles and no matches! Yes, in the pitch black. Alone. With no one but your teammates. Exciting? YEAH! But they're gonna be moving to a temporary school in Queensway in 2010-2011. WOW, I sound like a salesperson...One of the teachers asked me, "So, do you have any Sec schools in mind?" I replied, yes, RV, maybe. He said why. I said coz my bro's sch. He said oh, whats so cool about it. I said dunno, and grinned sheepishly. Sry, people, but I gotta go...
